A SCORM module that works and has worked without issue for all users for more than a year but only shows a plain white screen (no content loads) for one user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tried multiple browsers and devices; it only fails to load for the one user.<\/p>\n\n\n

Why did this happen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The user first attempted or opened the module in April 2022. I had published a new version of the module in Nov 2022. Therefore, the LMS is registering as having been attempted, but not showing the completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To fix the issue, we need to delete this corrupted attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Reports<\/strong> tab (Basic report) for the SCORM module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the user\/s (place a tick)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scroll down and select “Delete selected attempts”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. User is able to launch and complete the module (content loads).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
