A SCORM module that works and has worked without issue for all users for more than a year but only shows a plain white screen (no content loads) for one user.
I tried multiple browsers and devices; it only fails to load for the one user.
Why did this happen?
The user first attempted or opened the module in April 2022. I had published a new version of the module in Nov 2022. Therefore, the LMS is registering as having been attempted, but not showing the completion.
Solution
To fix the issue, we need to delete this corrupted attempts.
- Go to the Reports tab (Basic report) for the SCORM module.
- Select the user/s (place a tick)
- Scroll down and select “Delete selected attempts”.
- User is able to launch and complete the module (content loads).
